Vision attracts talent. People are purpose-driven.
Pay people enough to get the money issue off the table.
Do not judge someone's effectiveness by their participation.
Many discoveries are made by talking to people on other teams.
Important decisions happen when they need to happen, not necessarily on a schedule. Eg. hallways, outside of team meetings.
